Online Security Quiz
Smart-ID needed a way to help users recognize risky situations—especially phishing attempts—and understand when not to enter their PIN codes. The goal was to create a short, approachable training experience that would reduce identity theft risks across the Baltics.The main challenge was transforming the intimidating topic of online security into a clear, example-based interactive quiz that users could quickly complete but still learn the key principles.
🧠 I worked as the Designer, responsible for shaping the flow, interactions, and tone of the tutorial so that the content felt approachable while still communicating critical safety information.

Designing prototypes for the step-by-step tutorial and quiz
Conducting usability tests to ensure comprehension and engagement
Delivering final UI and interaction specifications for handover to developers.
📈 The final solution helped bring clarity to one of the most important aspects of Smart-ID usage: recognizing unsafe situations before entering personal authentication codes. By making the material simple, interactive, and memorable, the project strengthened the security posture of millions of Smart-ID users across the Baltics.
